Leapfall

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

Leapfall is a mobile climbing game made by LEAP FALL LTD. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the leaderboards and keep the game fair. You don't create an account, and we don't ask for your real name, email, or password to play.

1Who we are

Leapfall ("the game", "we", "us") is operated by LEAP FALL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17254120). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Leapfall mobile app and to play through our website.

2Information we collect

Leapfall does not require an account. The information we handle is limited to:

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details through normal play.

3How we use it

4Legal basis for processing

Where data-protection law (such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR) applies, we process this limited data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a functioning, fair, competitive game, and to take the steps needed to provide the game you've chosen to play. We rely on your consent where it is required — for example, for any optional advertising features described below.

5Sharing

We don't sell your data. Your username, chosen nationality, and scores are shown publicly within the game on leaderboards — that's the point of them, so choose a username accordingly. We use a small number of trusted service providers to host the game and its data (for example, cloud hosting and database services). They process data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

6Data retention

We keep your profile and gameplay data for as long as your progress is active so your scores and unlocks persist. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us (see below) and we'll remove your profile and associated leaderboard entries, subject to anything we're legally required to keep.

7Children

Leapfall is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us and we'll delete it.

8Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Because we don't tie your data to a verified identity, please contact us from a position that lets us identify the relevant profile (for example, by telling us your exact username and nationality). We'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

9Advertising

Leapfall shows ads, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards such as coins or an extra life. We use Google AdMob to deliver these ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process device and usage information, including advertising identifiers. This data is handled under Google's policies. You can learn more, and manage ad personalisation, at Google's advertising page. Where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads.

10In-app purchases

Leapfall offers optional in-app purchases (for example, coin packs). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we use RevenueCat to manage and validate them. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — those are handled by the app store. We do receive purchase records (such as which item was bought and a transaction identifier) to deliver what you bought and prevent fraud. See the RevenueCat privacy policy for more.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game evolves — for example, when we add advertising or in-app purchases. We'll update the date at the top, and significant changes will be reflected here.
